  • Configured and validated modem parameters via SSH using the TR-181 (TR-069) data model for wired and wireless regression testing.
  • Worked hands-on with DHCP (DORA), ARP, IGMP multicast joins, 802.11 beacon frames, EAPOL and QoS DSCP mapping.
  • Performed Wi-Fi interference and bandwidth testing across 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz to confirm IPTV service quality under heavy traffic.
  • Carried out Wireshark and tcpdump packet analysis on modem LAN/WAN interfaces, and collected OTA captures to isolate root causes.
  • Scripted a country-wide check in Bash to identify and remediate a set-top box defect with a suitable replacement solution.
  • Configured L2/L3 switch port mirroring for live traffic capture, and managed IT asset inventory and end-user hardware support.
